Leading our innovative approach to supporting organisations through a team of highly respected, motivated and experienced housing and development professionals. 

Lauren Adshead

Project Manager

One of our first Graduate trainees, joining us in 2013 and now providing project officer support to a number of clients. Experience of development, project management, affordable homes programme, affordable housing, financial appraisal, HCA audits, interim support, development agency role.

Lindsay Grey

Project Manager

Experienced Project Manager with the ability to successfully deliver national development programmes for the Homes and Communities Agency and a range of individual projects for Registered providers. Our IMS specialist.

James Mannering

Senior Project Officer

Our most recent graduate, joining us in 2014. Providing support to the Development Team on audits, training, site assessments and viability, Development Procedure Manual and project reporting.

Nick Powell

Project Manager

Project and programme manager with over 25 years experience within the social housing sector in both Housing Management and Development. Proven track record in delivery of mixed tenure new build and refurbishment programmes, extra care development and major estate regeneration projects.

Joan Joined us in June 2016. She is a highly organised and experienced PA/Office Manager who is responsible for co-ordinating our office systems and procedures; ensuring that the office environment runs efficiently and smoothly whilst providing support to the rest of the Team

Assistant Project Officer

One of our most recent graduates, joining the team in 2017. Enthusiastic and highly motivated, Kiera is just starting her career in this sector. She is providing support to the Development Team on site assessments, project reporting, Development Procedure Manual and auditing

Dan Winsor

Assistant Project Officer

Our most recent graduate, joining us in 2017. Following on from his degree in property, Dan is providing support to the Development Team on Site Assessments, Investment Management System, Financial Appraisals and Development Procedures Manual feasibility.
