The DPM has been developed to ensure that all aspects of development activity is managed in a consistent, HCA or GLA compliant manner, meeting all internal and external audit procedures.

Each DPM has been individually personalised to each license holder, allowing PDW to incorporate any internal procedures, policies and standard documents. The Manual can also be accessed as a digital copy, in hard-copy and now online.
We believe that through our DPM, we have provided a number of RP’s and Local authorities with the confidence that their development investment decisions will be managed in a way that demonstrates best practice, represents value for money and will stand up to scrutiny in terms of governance and probity.
