PDW were originally approached in 2014 to provide pre-contract service support for a mixed tenure redevelopment consisting of 43 houses & apartments on Friars Terrace, Stafford. We initially provided support and guidance on the coordination and submission of a planning application, which was granted full permission in December 2014. After the successful approval, PDW have continued under our appointment to serve Stafford and Rural Homes in the development of Friars Terrace by:

Through our continued support, we have enabled Stafford and Rural Homes to kick start their 2015-2018 development programme where the scheme is now progressing well on site.

Since this initial appointment, PDW has now been appointed to provide post-contract project management support on Friars Terrace alongside another three schemes, including the flagship redevelopment of the Hesketh Road flats in Stafford.

Through our continued work with Stafford and Rural Homes, PDW have also subsequently been appointed to produce the Development Procedures Manual (DPM), providing a complete step-by-step guide to delivering all aspects of the development of affordable and mixed tenure housing, tailored to suit the organisation.
