‘Back to back’ site acquisition
We can acquire land for you with an agreement in place to ‘sell-on’ once relevant due diligence criteria has been met.
Site purchase due diligence
We have our own due diligence process for all our land deals, ensuring appropriate levels of review, investigation and planning/development optimisation work is completed to mitigate development risk. We review our due diligence process with all new clients.
