PDW Ltd is working with Warrington Housing Association and Seddon Homes Ltd to secure 24 homes for affordable rent and shared ownership at Zodiac in Warrington under a Section 106 arrangement. We are pleased to announce that the Development Agreement has now been signed, progress on site is excellent and the much needed affordable homes will soon become available. Our team is working to deliver these wonderful homes as soon as we can and despite the difficulties we are now faced with, it’s business as usual at PDW.
